Demonstrated expertise in data migration, system configuration, and payroll process optimization is essential. Strong knowledge of LATAM payroll regulations and tax laws is required, as well as experience with multiple payroll systems and a proven ability to manage complex projects.
The Payroll Implementation Manager will oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients, leading and managing the full payroll implementation process to ensure accurate data transfer, proper system configuration, and a seamless transition. They will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through setup and migration phases, and providing ongoing support and training. The role also involves project planning, coordinating project review calls, and managing client expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
